This policy forms part of the Tolma Terms of Service. It applies to your messages, connected accounts, files and requests for actions.

Use accounts and information you have permission to use

Do not access someone else’s account, disclose private information without a lawful basis, impersonate another person, or provide credentials or payment methods you are not authorised to use.

Keep requests lawful and respectful

Do not use Tolma for fraud, scams, harassment, discrimination, exploitation, stalking, surveillance, threats, abuse or illegal goods and services. Content involving child sexual exploitation or assistance with violence is prohibited.

Respect other people’s systems

Do not ask Tolma to distribute malware, steal credentials, exploit vulnerabilities, bypass access restrictions, send spam or manipulate reviews and engagement. Do not circumvent approval requirements, spending controls or service limits.

Keep a person in charge of important decisions

Do not use Tolma for emergency response or to make significant employment, credit, housing, healthcare or similar decisions about people without appropriate human review and lawful safeguards. Do not misrepresent AI-generated material as independently verified human work.

Report a problem

If you see misuse, believe an account has been compromised, or notice a security issue, contact support@gettolma.com. We may restrict features or suspend access while investigating credible concerns, as described in the Terms.
